Interview Series with Rudhvika

Presenting the Interview Series, where, every week we speak to your favorite creators, and learn about their work and how they are using our platform to enhance their community.

On our thirtieth blog in this series, we speak to Rudhvika, Author & Writer on

In this interview series, we speak to her about her creative interests, what she majorly writes, her favorite genre when it comes to reading, listening, and looking for content on social media, and her experience with the platform,, and much more.

What was your biggest expectation from when you created your account?

Creative freedom. Being able to explore more in the field of writing and the ability to earn something from my work on a platform that does not put an emphasis on the growth that is limited to some numbers, were my only expectations.

How helpful was in catering to the expectation?

Yes, I'm grateful for the creative freedom has brought me. With other platforms, contracts, plagiarism, and the authors losing the copyright to their manuscripts were all too common. But quickly convinced me that it was worth giving a chance. Now, I don't have to wait for the whole book to reach its completion to be able to monetize it. I also appreciate the 'only followers' post option.

What do you majorly write about?

I'm still learning my writing craft and have mainly written in the fiction/romance genre. But I'm looking to expand my writing and try out something new in the future.

Tell us about some of your successful blogs? How did your readers react to it?

I'm not sure if my work has been successful, but the response I got  when I posted my debut book on Wattpad, was enough for me to keep going. My very first post on was a short story and because of this platform, I was able to earn something through the paid chapters. I'm now looking forward to seeing what kind of response my work gets on

With introducing new features with time, do you think that has contributed to the ease of creating content on the platform?

I'm grateful for the user-friendly experience that the platform offers us creators. If we ever need help, assistance is always available to us. With the new features that continue to be implemented, I'm confident that we'll have an even better experience in the future.

Any suggestions you would like to give us as a team to focus more on?

I mainly have two suggestions. First, make it easier for creators and readers to connect and communicate through a chat box, as not everyone is comfortable leaving a comment that is visible to everyone. Second, introducing an inline comment feature will allow readers to comment on a particular part of a post. This personally helps me a lot as an author, as I get to know which parts of my writing were well received and which were not. Apart from that I find everything well.

What is your favorite genre when it comes to reading, listening, or looking for content on social media?

My favourite genres are not limited to one. I'm curious and I love to try different things. I read romance and mythological fiction and I am willing to try Fantasy, Thriller, and Horror stories in the future.

It's rare to be able to get a platform to voice out your thoughts without being judged or ignored. I truly appreciate this and am so glad to have been given the chance to showcase my ideas.
