On our sixth blog in this series, we speak to Yash Pawaskar.

In this interview series, we speak to him about his creative interests, what does he majorly write, his favorite genre when it comes to reading, listening, and looking for content on social media, and his experience with the platform, stck.me, and much more.

What was your biggest expectation from stck.me when you created your account?

Mostly, I write fiction — short stories and novels. I also write non-fiction articles for online publications. Lately, I was contemplating writing non-fiction articles on my own platform. And that’s when I came across stck.me. My biggest expectation from stck.me was that the platform should be clutter-free and easy to use. The platform’s monetisation aspect was also alluring.

How helpful was stck.me in catering to the expectation?

Extremely helpful. Publishing content on stck.me is as simple as preparing instant noodles. Besides, you don’t have to do the dishes afterwards — no hassles. Write, publish, and share. That’s it.

What do you majorly write about?

Currently, my articles on amusings.stck.me are categorised as — Just Kidding (humorous take on trends), Talking Talkies (reviews, opinions, and more about movies and streaming), and Stranger Things (fascinating, true tales).

Tell us about some of your successful stck.me blogs? How did your readers react to it?

Fortunately, my audience has shared positive feedback on all three content categories. Here’s one popular article from each of the three categories.

With stck.me introducing new features with time, do you think that has contributed to the ease of creating content on the platform?

Definitely. The platform is not only user-friendly for content creators but also for the audience.

Any suggestions you would like to give us as a team to focus more on?

As a creator, simply relying on my audience won’t be ideal for growth. I believe stck.me has an interesting set of creators who need more reach. It would be great if the stck.me team can help with promoting content beyond their traditional social media accounts and the newsletter.

For instance, stck.me can pick top-notch articles and look at content syndication across online platforms, use influencers to share the articles, and incorporate other content marketing strategies to reach out to a wider audience. This way, the content will get a wider reach, the creators will gain more engagement and following, and the platform will keep growing.

What is your favorite genre when it comes to reading, listening, or looking for content on social media?

I am always on the lookout for a good story, the genre doesn’t matter.

So creators around the world, what are you waiting for? Start creating, and earning from your fans, followers, and friends - stck.me's got you covered. Join us and get featured as one of the top creators in the Stck.me Interview Series.
